Senior Executive
Value Driven Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Professional, with a deep expertise in operational excellence and a proven track record in developing and executing business objectives with a focus on lower middle-market companies, to work with our investment teams to optimize the value of our portfolio companies. The role requires a strategic thinker and hands on operator who can lead the transformation of all types of portfolio companies, driving operational efficiencies and creating value. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience within private equity/credit (funds or portfolio companies), consulting, operations and financial management, restructuring, and/or business transformation.

Operating Partner / Portfolio Company Optimization / Contract Position
  • Conduct thorough operational and financial assessments of portfolio companies alongside senior investment professionals, performing regular audits and diagnostics to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and growth opportunities (organic and acquisition) for value creation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans such as expense reduction, revenue growth strategies, process optimization, etc.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Lead efforts to optimize organizational structure, enhance leadership capabilities and improve corporate governance within portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with portfolio company executives to create and implement value creation plans that drive revenue growth, improve profitability and enhance market positioning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with portfolio company management teams, providing guidance and support throughout transformation process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including the firm’s Investment Committee, investors, and board members, providing regular updates on operational and financial performance.


Required Experience
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in operating partner roles at private equity/credit funds, lower middle-market operational and financial roles in relevant industries, management consulting, and/or workout situations: preferred candidates will have some degree of hands-on CEO/CFO/COO experience within lower middle market companies.
  • Knowledge of relevant industries (e.g., business services, consulting, distribution, manufacturing, technology, media, commercial contracting and project-based businesses) with a strong professional network.
  • Demonstrated breadth of experience in value creation planning and implementation, leading turnaround initiatives, managing external consultant relationships, post-deal M&A activity, etc.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with expertise in financial modeling, cashflow management, and performance improvement.
  • Superior leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and great people skills.


Timing: Immediate.

Location: Remote nationwide with regular on-site time at portfolio companies.
