Our client is a leading consultancy specializing in Private Equity is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to join its high-performing team. This role is tailored for professionals with extensive experience selling consulting services to Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.

If you are an accomplished new business development executive with an understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations and a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals, we want to hear from you.

We can only consider those sales executives ideally selling consulting services (non-software consulting services) to PE firms and their portco's.

In this role, the Managing Director of Business Development will sell due diligence, analysis, and implementation services across procurement, logistics, and operations. It's a senior hunter that has sold successfully at the C-level and down through operations executives. Prior track record of sales in Private Equity space is required. 

 

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow relationships with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.
  • Close High-Value Deals: Sell consulting services to C-suite executives and senior operational leaders, focusing on contracts in the $1M–$5M range.
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations, and provide tailored, results-oriented solutions.
  • Build Market Presence: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with innovative and high-impact consulting solutions.
