Director, Subcontract Program Management

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (on-site) · Pay: $180,000–$325,000

Lead the organization that manages major suppliers and subcontracts for large aircraft production and development programs.

What you'll do

  • Develop long-term subcontract strategy and tactical plans tied to enterprise objectives
  • Lead managers and senior staff responsible for supplier cost, schedule, quality and technical performance
  • Drive category management and supplier development for critical components
  • Own talent management and succession planning for the function
  • Report supply-base risk and performance to executive leadership

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or supply chain
  • 12+ years in subcontract or supply chain management, 5+ in people leadership
  • Strong grasp of FAR/DFARS, cost management and schedule management
  • SAP experience preferred
