The Opportunity

The company is looking for a hands-on SAP leader to own its ERP landscape across global discrete manufacturing operations. You will set the SAP roadmap, lead a global team of functional and technical consultants, and partner with operations, supply chain and finance leaders to make the business faster, more scalable and more efficient. This is a high-visibility role with a direct line to senior leadership and real influence over the company's digital transformation.

What You'll Do

Strategy and Leadership

  • Build and execute an SAP roadmap tied to business and manufacturing goals.

  • Work with senior leadership to identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities.

Implementation and Optimization

  • Oversee implementation of core modules supporting discrete manufacturing, including PP, MM, SD, WM, QM and FI/CO.
  • Drive clean integration between SAP and surrounding enterprise systems such as MES, PLM and CRM.
  • Continuously tune configurations to raise manufacturing efficiency, lower cost and improve data accuracy.

Business Process Alignment

  • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, finance and IT to turn business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Standardize global manufacturing processes around SAP best practices.
  • Keep systems and processes aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Project Management

  • Run SAP projects end to end, owning plans, budgets, resourcing and risk.
  • Deliver on time, on scope and on budget, with regular progress reporting to stakeholders.

Support and Training

  • Lead the SAP support function: issue resolution, root cause analysis and prevention.
  • Build and deliver end-user training programs.
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across the team.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with SAP, implementation partners and other third-party providers.
  • Keep SAP processes and systems consistent across global sites.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of SAP ERP implementation and management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in discrete manufacturing, ideally high-tech or electronics.
  • Strong working knowledge of PP, MM, SD, WM, QM and FI/CO.
  • SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading global projects with cross-cultural teams.
  • Solid grasp of manufacturing processes, supply chain management and financial operations.
  • Fluency in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery and the tools that support them.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at every level, from the shop floor to the executive suite.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have: SAP certification in relevant modules; PMP or equivalent project management certification.

You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Bring real energy and enthusiasm to your work.
  • Hold yourself to a high quality bar and keep looking for ways to improve.
  • Make sound, business-minded decisions.
  • Put internal and external customers first.
  • Own your results and your commitments.
  • Move with urgency without losing sight of the details.
  • Collaborate openly toward shared goals.
  • Lead with honesty, integrity and respect.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
