Lead a sustainment data organization of about 150 people across five teams, supporting global aircraft fleets with analytics, forecasting and digital data services.

What you'll do

  • Set and execute the data strategy for sustainment operations
  • Lead managers over data engineering, analytics, modeling, business intelligence and reporting
  • Drive digital modernization and technology investment decisions
  • Brief senior leadership, customers and executives on performance and progress
  • Develop leaders and deepen technical talent across the organization

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field
  • 12+ years in data, analytics or IT, 7+ years leading managers
  • Experience with large-scale data platforms and BI tools
  • Aerospace, defense or logistics experience preferred

Senior Manager, Contracts — Aircraft Production

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (on-site)

Lead the contracts team for a high-volume aircraft production business, covering production, obsolescence and support equipment contracts.

What you'll do

  • Serve as contracts lead for the production business unit
  • Lead negotiation, administration, execution and compliance across a complex portfolio
  • Partner with program and finance leadership on contract strategy
  • Improve contract processes and team performance
  • Report contractual risk and opportunity to senior leadership

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or J.D. a plus
  • 10+ years in government contracts, 5+ years leading teams
  • Deep FAR/DFARS knowledge and negotiation of large productio
